Start playing the video and set it for full screen viewing for optimal viewing. Then simply move the image with the mouse. To use the arrows on your keyboard, click the icon at the top left of the video. 

From a smartphone: Start playing the video and set it for full screen viewing for optimal viewing. Then simply point your smartphone in the desired direction or slide your finger on the screen. You can also rotate the video in the direction you want with your finger.
